Every AluVilla project starts the same way: a person looks at their backyard, their terrace, their hotel pool deck, and imagines a room that wasn't there before. That imagination is the seed. What changes is the scale.
What began as a small workshop building pergolas for private homeowners in Foshan has grown into a brand shipping aluminum shade structures to luxury residences, boutique hotels, resort developments and commercial spaces across North America, the Middle East, Europe, Russia and Southeast Asia. The product has stayed the same in spirit — a precision-engineered aluminum louvered roof that opens, closes and protects — but the projects it lands on have become dramatically more ambitious.
The Backyard Is the Best Laboratory
We never stopped building for private homeowners. A 3m × 4m pergola over a suburban patio is still where every design lesson begins. Private gardens teach you things that commercial spec sheets never will:
- How a louvered roof must drain in a sudden summer downpour when the homeowner forgot to retract.
- How quiet the motor needs to be so it doesn't break a dinner conversation.
- How the frame must sit flush against a house wall without visible gaps or ugly trim.
- How powder-coating color has to match a client's existing window frames within a shade or two.
These small, daily frustrations are exactly what make a product trustworthy when it scales up. A luxury hotel doesn't want to be the first to discover a flaw. Private gardens are where we found ours.
From a 3×4 Patio to a 20-Meter Pool Deck
The jump from a private garden to a large commercial project is not a redesign — it's an engineering extension. Our aluminum louvered frames are modular by nature. The same extrusion profiles, the same motor units, the same guttering system that cover a 12 m² patio can be joined, reinforced and spanned to cover a 200 m² hotel pool deck.
What changes at scale is the detail work:
- Structural calcs. Large spans require wind-load and snow-load engineering stamped by our structural team, with anchor plans supplied to the local contractor.
- Multi-roof synchronization. Several pergolas on one deck can be linked to a single remote or home-automation system, opening and closing in unison.
- Custom finishes. Commercial clients often specify RAL colors, wood-grain transfers, integrated LED strips and retractable side screens — all available as standard options.
- Logistics. Flat-pack crating, container loading and installation manuals in English, Spanish, French, Arabic and Russian.
Where AluVilla Projects Live Now
Today AluVilla shade structures can be found across very different climates and settings:
- North America — suburban pergolas and patio covers in the US and Canada, often paired with outdoor kitchens and fire pits.
- The Middle East — large outdoor dining terraces at boutique hotels and majlis-style shaded seating areas, where sun and dust protection are non-negotiable.
- Europe — slim-profile louvered roofs over French and Italian village terraces, matched to historic architecture.
- Russia & CIS — snow-rated pergolas engineered for heavy winter loads, used on country-house estates.
- Southeast Asia — car porch roofs and resort shading in Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand, built for tropical rain and humidity.
We are not a consumer brand you will see on a billboard. We are a factory-direct brand chosen by homeowners, architects, contractors and hotel operators who care about what happens after the installation — not just what it looks like on day one.
Why Designers and Contractors Specify AluVilla
We work with two kinds of customers, and both ask us for the same things:
Private homeowners want a product that looks beautiful, lasts for decades and doesn't require a manual to operate. We deliver a simple remote, quiet motors and a powder-coated finish that stays colorfast through seasons.
Commercial buyers, architects and wholesale partners need documentation, lead times, container pricing and a factory that will stand behind the product when it is installed 8,000 kilometers away. We supply OEM/ODM production, CAD drawings, loading layouts and English-speaking engineering support throughout the project.
Both groups have one thing in common: they want the brand they chose to still be reachable — and still standing — ten years from now. That is the standard we built from the first small backyard project to the latest luxury installation.
